All company scaffolders are registered and hold full scaffolding certificates from the government along with training certificates. Yuanming do have a full scaffold erection procedure, which is applicable to all BS projects undertaken.

    Since Chiwan Offshore Engineering Co. Ltd. Combined with foreign companies to establish Chiwan Sembawang Engineering Co.
